Biography
Stacey L. Hudon, Esq. has practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law since 2015. She represents clients in a wide range of marital and family law matters and is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic advocacy tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
While Stacey is a strong proponent of resolving family law matters through negotiation, mediation, and the collaborative divorce process when appropriate, she is also an experienced litigator who is prepared to advocate for her clients in the courtroom. Stacey understands that every family and every case is different, and she works closely with her clients to identify the approach that best protects their interests and helps them move forward.
Stacey believes that informed clients are empowered clients. She takes the time to ensure her clients understand their rights, the applicable law, and what to expect throughout the legal process. Her goal is to provide clear guidance, practical advice, and steady advocacy during what can often be one of the most difficult transitions in a client’s life.

Stacey graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Stacey currently serves as the Secretary of the Executive Council for the Marital and Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Stann Givens Family Law American Inn of Court of Tampa, the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Next Generation Divorce, the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
In addition to her legal practice and professional involvement, Stacey enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering with Kiwanis International, cheering on the Florida Gators, running, and travel.
