Biography
Tia T. Rowe is a dedicated and compassionate family law attorney serving clients in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and surrounding counties. With a strong background in appellate law and a focus on research, writing, and strategic problem-solving, Tia brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to each case she handles.
Tia began her legal career at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal, where she gained invaluable insight into the judicial process and developed the analytical skills that now set her apart in family law. Since transitioning into family law, she has focused on helping individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives – from divorce and custody disputes to cases involving domestic violence — with empathy, clarity, and unwavering professionalism.
A summa cum laude graduate of both Florida Gulf Coast University and Michigan State University College of Law, Tia earned undergraduate degrees in Communication and Philosophy before pursuing her legal education. During law school, she was awarded the prestigious Jurisprudence Award in five separate courses for earning the highest grade in each, and she served on the editorial board of the Michigan State International Law Review, where she was also a published author.
