Biography

Briana Pearson is an Associate Attorney at Scully | Torres Marital & Family Law. Since 2022, she has practiced exclusively in the area of family law, guiding clients through life’s most personal and challenging transitions with empathy and practical insight.

Briana earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from WMU Cooley Law School, where she received multiple Certificates of Merit and served as an Associate Editor for the Law Review.

Outside of her work, Briana enjoys cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, spending time on the water, and discovering new restaurants around Tampa as an avid foodie.
